• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

can you tell me how to setup the subscription.
i had a domain(example.com) that be used for website, then created another domain(example1.com) that just be used for email.
It's easy to creat Email accouts ([email protected],[email protected] ..)
i can log in the website to change password of Email by @example.com, but cannot by @example1.com.
The report is " Error: Access denied: Your subscription was removed".
I found that there is a subscription of example.com .
So can you tell me how to setup the subscription.

I have the same problem on Parallels Plesk Panel 11.5 #32 (openSUSE 12.3).

I have a subscription (domain1.tld) with email addresses. And I can log in to the Control Panel with [email protected].
Then I have created another domain (domain2.tld) inside of this subscription, also with email addresss. But I can't log in to the Control Panel with [email protected].
When trying to log in I get following error: "Access denied: Your subscription was removed."

I don't want to create another subscription for domain2.tld, cause it's part of the subscription domain1.tld.

It's obviously a bug, so please fix it.. Thanks!
