On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
You should still be able to add an exception for the expired certificate in your browser to access the Plesk control panel.
In Chrome just go to your Plesk admin URL click the "Advanced" button then "Proceed to www.mywebsite.com (unsafe)" when you see the warning about the certificate

This sounds like same bug I reported last year Forwarded to devs - Let's encrypt fails to renew certificate used for securing plesk
I still resolve this by removing the certificate from securing plesk and setting it back to the default certificate. I then go into the relevant domain and renew...
@malfunction Thank anyway, Plesk Support managed to resolve my issue.
Just incase anyone else experinces the same issues, it was resolved with the following fix Error while changing mail settings or migrating a domain: There is no mail service for domain with id = 1 while I don't get any of the...
I have two brand new servers both with Windows Server 2012 R2 one containing only Plesk Onyx 17.5.3 Update #37 and the other containing only SmarterMail 15.7. I have used Smartermail for many years but this is my first attempt at using the remote Smartermail option so am unsure about what...

The automated task updates all certificates except the domains on each server that I have used to secure plesk with in the "Tools & Settings" > "SSL/TLS Certificate" > "Certificate for securing Plesk"...
I've notice that Plesk have already issued a fix for this issue this morning which I've just downloaded the latest Let's Encrypt update and it works for me
Thank you
