Plesk does not read any IP addresses from the server. I can't get past the first webspace setup page that requires a Website IP as the only thing in the list is "None".
The PR Reconfigurator tool doesn't list any IPs...
I took an image of a configured Plesk 11 server and deployed the image to a new server (new hardware and IPs).
The goal now is to reconfigure Plesk on the new server to use the new IP addresses.
I open the PP Reconfigurator, and select "Change server IP addresses".

dedicated IPs are being provisioned correctly, but when the account or subscription is deleted through C&B the IP isnt getting released back into the pool - I had to manually re-add them.
Is this a manual process after each customer or subscription cancellation?
what am I missing? can you not move vhosts post-install?
That KB only applies for specifying the directory when installing Plesk.
Plesk is already installed (no, we cant rip/reinstall).
I've ran the PR Reconfigurator changing the VHosts location, I've even manually updated the Registry...
Websites created through Plesk are still being created with home directory of C:\Inetpub... even after I ran the PR Reconfigurator to Change Virtual Hosts location (re-opening it still shows it pointing to D:\Inetpub...)
I even set the IIS default path to D:\Inetpub... but new sites seem to...

I've installed SmarterStats v7 on the web server the sites are being provisioned on, activated it with Enterprise license.
When I add websites as a customer in Plesk, it adds the 1st site fine to SmarterStats and is importing data. Adding additional sites in Plesk, however, does not...
When viewing the settings for a domain under the customer account, under 'Web Scripting and Statistics', it only lists Webalizer & AWStats in the dropdown for Web statistics...

SmarterStats is listed under the supported Web Statistics for Plesk 10.4, yet it seems to not incorporate it into the customer panel at all... am I missing something?
Where does a customer see a link to smarterstats, their login information... anything?

Changing the hostname was the issue.

Note: Stopping the site in IIS and reverting back to using the built-in SmarterMail Web Server service allows Plesk configuration to succeed.
This is undesirable as IIS is surely a more reliable web server than SmarterMail's.

When adding server 2plesk to hosting panel group on main 1plesk, I get error below. Same when trying to re-connect.
-Servers Panel's configured using live FQDN, servers can nslookup & ping each other.
