SOLUTION: Actually, just renaming the "PrivateNetwork-Teamed" network card to just "PrivateNetwork" allowed the tool to work.

what am I missing? can you not move vhosts post-install? That KB only applies for specifying the directory when installing Plesk. Plesk is already installed (no, we cant rip/reinstall). I've ran the PR Reconfigurator changing the VHosts location, I've even manually updated the Registry...

Resolved Changing the hostname was the issue. http://kb.parallels.com/en/9296 "%plesk_bin%\php.exe" -dauto_prepend_file="" "%plesk_dir%\billing\scripts\update-hostname.php" --new-hostname=new.server.com

Note: Stopping the site in IIS and reverting back to using the built-in SmarterMail Web Server service allows Plesk configuration to succeed. This is undesirable as IIS is surely a more reliable web server than SmarterMail's.
