If you are still using CentOS 7.9, it's time to convert to Alma 8 with the free centos2alma tool by Plesk or Plesk Migrator. Please let us know your experiences or concerns in this thread: CentOS2Alma discussion
I stumbled across this issue as well. If anyone has a fix let me know. In my case domains have been migrated from a Plesk 11 server to a Plesk 11.5 server. The "Access to the Control Panel" checkbox is checked off in the e-mail account itself, but when I attempt to log in with the e-mail address...
Hello Parallels,
Can you do me a kindness? Please do not release micro updates without adding some sort of documentation to your release notes section. The documentation should be done before the MU is available for download so people know what "important" security updates they are / have...
Thanks abdi, I actually just switched from Postfix back to QMail... and I'm not switching back. That sort of sounds like a pretty big problem if an MU kills SMTP service, but anyways. Thanks for the heads up.

Stumped at this one... I'm at 11.0.9 Update #13 which is running Postfix. I am unable to send mail. Not sure which update caused this, but it's one of the more recent ones.
In /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog I see:
Which results in:
Any ideas?

Interesting. I could try that.
What do you think of this?
1. Set up the new virtual machine with new IP addresses.
2. Using the Migration Manager to migrate everything from the old physical machine to the new virtual machine.
3. Once everything has been migrated to the new virtual...
I am trying to do something which should be pretty easy... migrate one of our web servers from a physical machine to a virtual machine, and I am running into serious issues with the pleskrestore utility.
Here was my plan of action:
1. Backup the physical server with pleskbackup utility...
So what do we do in the mean time if we're trying to use the pleskrestore utility? I'm in the same boat, deployer is taking 100% of the CPU, and doesn't appear to be doing anything. Any time frame for 11.1?
Hello lo_ai,
I would love to say I've solved it... but I haven't. The issue persists. I'm a bit hesitant to upgrade to version 11 until I get this figured out. If I come up with anything, I'll certainly post it. If you figure anything out, please let me know.

PRODUCT, VERSION, MICROUPDATE, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE
Parallels Plesk Panel 10.4.4 Update #36, Red Hat Enterprise 5, x86
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION
I am unable to "complete switching to the Panel 10 business model"...
Regards to my previous post I resolved it by symlinking the missing file:
ln - /usr/share/awstats/tools/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl /usr/share/awstats/awstats_buildstaticpages.pl
Now stats appear to be generated correctly.
~Matt
I would love to say that MU5 fixed my statistics issue, but it appears as though I'm still having an issue (albeit slightly different that prior to MU5):
[root@web01 sbin]# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-all
WARNING during statistics_collector execution: : sh...
Hahaha. Figures... if I would have waited ONE more day Plesk 9.2 would have been out and I would have had the migration tools back, instead of going through the whole backup Plesk 7.5 > restore to Plesk 8.6 > backup Plesk 8.6 > restore to Plesk 9.0.1 process. haha.
Anyways, yes this indeed...
