Hi,
I am trying to update my Plesk panel (I am running Centos 6.7) from version 12.0.18 to version 12.5.30, however, I encounter the error message :-

WARNING: SSO start-up script has wrong execution priority. Please, check http://kb.odin.com/en/112666 for...
Ok, the Kbase quoted above - http://kb.parallels.com/111283 - specifies the location of the configuration files - which aren't of any use in what I'm trying to achieve which is to rebuild the Awstats.
As mentioned, when managing a domain through the Plesk control panel, if the statistics option...
Many thanks for the reply and the link to the KBase, Igor.
Just to clarify - I ran the steps in this thread which were to switch the stats from AWstats to 'None', 'Save' and then select AWStats again and then 'Save' again in Plesk within the domain's control panel.
After doing this, I rebuilt...
I have restarted Plesk and Health Monitoring is now working as it should. I can only presume that the actions in the above KBase worked.
Many thanks.

I have also carried out the solutions outlined in http://kb.parallels.com/en/114307 but this has also had no effect and the Health Monitoring is reporting 0.00 % on all services etc.
Any advice would be appreciated.
Many thanks.

Ok, it appears that all of the Nginx settings need to be 'switched on' within the hosting Plesk panel for the website.
Having read more on this, it appears that there are (potentially) some issues with Nginx obeying URL rewrite rules etc. Is this still an issue with Plesk 11.5.30 ? I have read...
I have followed the instructions in this post and it still hasn't made any difference. The same error message is being displayed whenever the Awstats URL is called.
Many thanks.

Hi there,
Many thanks for the quick reply. Appreciated.
I have run the above logged on through shell and it hasn't made any difference at all, I'm afraid. The Health Monitoring is still inactive - all services are still reporting 0 % ...
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. The...
All,
The main issue I have is the Nginx '403 forbidden' error when trying to view the already installed Awstats when Nginx is activated,
Any advise would be appreciated.
Many thanks.

All,
With the PHP-FPM support for Nginx now available for Plesk 11.5.30, I have tried to implement Nginx on a number of websites hosted.
I notice that the Apache module mod_aclr2 is not listed within the other Apache modules when viewed through Plesk. Is it installed when Plesk updates to...
All,
I have noticed that the Health Monitoring functionality within my main Plesk Panel 11.5.30 Update # 27 has stopped running.
I have already searched for such an issue and even though I have followed suggestions mentioned elsewhere (including this forum) - restarting the Health...
All,
I am experiencing exactly the same issue since the move to 10.3.1.
As another user posted in this thread, I am only hosting two sites on my server and find it difficult to believe that Apache is using around 400 MB / 500 MB.
Also, my 'KeepAlive' setting is configured to Off along...
All,
I've spent some time running through the various possible options that could potentially resolve this issue but all to no avail.
When using the 'change subscriber' option, it gives the option of other IP addresses that I have on my server but not the same IP - which is where I need to...
