12.5.30 (Windows 2008/2012)

We have recently updated to 12.5.30 (Windows 2008/2012) and a few days later we started getting this error when trying to connect to it from PBAS


Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

Have you tried to fix it with repair utility at least?

Yes tried that twice, but doesn't change anything.

What about related detail from logs? Error messages, etc.

the only thing in there is
Application pool PleskControlPanel has been disabled. Windows Process Activation Service (WAS) did not create a worker process to serve the application pool because the application pool identity is invalid.

please have a look at:

Plesk Control panel shows the error: Service Unavailable - HTTP Error 503: application pool identity is invalid ( KB - article 120 704 )​

Ran the Plesk Reconfigurator->Repair Plesk Installation->Plesk Services before, but just did it agian and its still the same.
