• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

500 Internal Server Error when trying to access Plesk

Help! I keep getting a 500 Internal Server Error when trying to access the login page for plesk. I have checked the server error logs and there are several errors similar to:

Wed Aug 10 22:51:29 2011] [warn] Init: SSL server IP/port conflict: domain.com:443 (/var/www/vhosts/domain.com/conf/httpd.include:12) vs. default-255-255-255-255:443 (/etc/httpd/conf.d/zz010_psa_httpd.conf:153)

It doesn't seem like this would be causing the error but I don't know where else to look. Can anyone help?

I have plesk version 8.6.0

Backstory
I was going to update an SSL certificate through plesk today and when I logged in to do so Plesk was running really slow. It took a couple of minutes for the domains to come up after clicking domains. When i clicked the domain I wanted i got a page not found error. When I tried to go back to plesk I got the 500 error. I did not make any changes to any settings when the 500 error started showing up.
