Issue 500 PleskUtilException when safe spam-filter properties

Hello,

Some information about my system
Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
Plesk Obsidian
Version 18.0.31

If I make any changes to the spam filter
/plesk/server/spam-filter/properties/?serviceNodeId=
and want to save them, I get the following error.

Serverfehler

500 PleskUtilException​

spammng failed: ERROR:__main__:argument 2 to map() must support iteration

Plesk repair and a server restart did not help.
Can anyone help me?

Facing the same issue on my azure machine.
problem is now I can not contact support to resolve this issue because I can not see a license key in my azure environment. I need this to be resolved asap.
so so frustrating this. can anyone guide me in how to get this fixed asap.

Do you see a "Tools & Settings" menu entry and do you log in with "admin" user name?
