Activate php upload, how?

Hello;

Im running an script to upload pictures from a website . I was working good , but now I just migrate to another server with plesk 7.5.4 , same tree and docs , but dont work , dont do nothing and do not upload anything .

anybody knows if I have to do somenthing in plesk to use php upload scripts?

The old server is a linux plesk too but 7.1.4
