Issue After restore: subscription is locked

When I restore a domain that was previously backed up with plesk, the subscription of this domain gets locked and at the end of the backup a warning is shown:

Execution of /opt/psa/admin/plib/api-cli/domain.php --sync-subscription example.com -sync-as-vendor -ignore-nonexistent-options failed with return code 1. Stderr is This subscription is locked and so it cannot be synchronized.

I can only unlock it with higher privileges.

I searched the plesk documentation but I did not find this message. It this the correct behaviour, or am I doing something wrong?
