Resolved All sites hosted on Plesk server not delivering emails only to Google Workspace mail ids

Hosted a site on the above server, but their email service is with Google Workspace. When they submit emails through their website PHP contact form, it doesn't deliver the mail to their Google Workspace email under the same domain name.

When we test with third party email ids (yahoo.com, gmail.com), it successfully receives the form submission email. Only issue with google workspace email ids. Recently a few similar complaints also received from different customers hosted on the server. They are also having issues only with Google workspace mail.

When tried to send an email from a Plesk email server to Google workspace via Webmail, got below error:

SMTP Error (550): Failed to add recipient "mail@medicalstudio.in" (5.1.1 <mail@medicalstudio.in>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in virtual mailbox table).

There is no issue with the script, we have hosted the same files on cPanel sites and email successfully delivered to Google Workspace. Issue is only with Plesk and Google Workspace. Can somebody suggest a solution for this ?

Does medicalstudio.in exist on the sender host? In that case you need to disable its mail service or set it to "Disabled for incoming mail".
