All templates now have uploadable banners?

Do the 4.5.0 templates now all have uploadable banners? At first attempt, they would seem to all have uploadable banners. I cannot find any documentation on this. I don't want to go through 500 templates trying them 1 at a time if I do not have to.

All Sitebuilder templates supports banner uploading feature since 4.2.3 version. So in version 4.5 and 4.5.1 ALL templates supports banner uploading feature. I can suggest you also apply following patch on your installation as it is related to banner uploading feature:
