Hello,

Please, check the /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog for any error messages.
Also please, clarify how the account is not working - if it is not possible to login to the webmail, or if the mail is not delivered to the specified account.

Thank you

There is nothing wrong in the maillog, the info accounts can log in there webmail, but the e-mails to info@domainname are rejected by the server. The sender gets this message :

I hope there is a quick solution for this other wise I have to transfer all the websites to another server...

greetings, Maikel

Exactly the same thing happened to me, also webmail for every single domain was changed to Horde even if they used atmail before.

Try to do following:

Connect to your mail server via telnet in command line:

telnet your.server.name 25
mail from:[email protected]
250 2.1.0 Ok
rcpt to:[email protected]

And look at the output. If there is not '250 2.1.0 Ok' please post error here and try to find this error in /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog

I have tried from my side but not sure that I'm correct with domain names:

telnet h1596373.stratoserver.net 25
