Allow to view file tree when no index file?

Hi,

How can i allow to view the file tree when tere is no index file in the folder? No i only get the message:

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.
 
Look at Apache configuration guide regarding .htaccess and "Options +Indexes" options.
