• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
    With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.
  • We’re working on enhancing the Monitoring feature in Plesk, and we could really use your expertise! If you’re open to sharing your experiences with server and website monitoring or providing feedback, we’d love to have a one-hour online meeting with you.

Try to enable verbose logging in /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/panel.ini
[debug]
enabled = on

[log]
filter.priority = 7
show.util_exec = on
show.util_exec_io = on
and in /usr/local/psa/admin/share/pmmcli/pmmcli-rc
FORCE_DEBUG_LOG 1
and try to find errors in
- /var/log/plesk/panel.log
- /var/log/plesk/PMM/migration.log

It looks like the file backup_xyz.de_2002120547.tar is empty and cannot be rotated automatically.

OK I changed the backup from daily full to incremental and now after a few days back to daily full. Obviously this was enough and the system healed itself.
