Another PLESK error

SWsoft just keeps throwing in surprises all the time!! I just loooove their software, I've never tried anything more stable than this. Heck, even it's even more stable than windows xp !!!

(I'm a Mac user...)

Damn .. it's a f*cking new windows and plesk installation, just 2 weeks old. Had to re-install all due to that MailEnable bug which screwed the entire server.

Just browsing around in plesk, and I got the same error as the one mentioned in this thread. Luckily I have RDC accesss to the server, so tried to restar the Plesk Control Panel service... but nooo, so easy it's not gonna be, now I get this error instead:

ERROR: PleskFatalException

6: E:\Program Files\SWsoft\Plesk\admin\auto_prepend\auth.php3:405

I suppose I have to restart the ENTIRE server now, in order to fix this...

Thank you swsoft/plesk.. your software is the best (If only I had known this before I bought the server :( )

I am getting the same arror, I just updated to the latest patch today 3/4/2007

unable to change FTP password, get the above error, verry buggy software. not sure if I will use plest for my next server, I also had the whole server go down with the mail enable bug.

anyone had a solution to fix the above error?

I found that the websites went down, restarting plesk fixed the problem.

Use the Plesk Reconfigurator to fix your errors.

"Change Virtual Hosts location" option in the configurator may or may not fix your ftp problem. Put "C:\Inetpub\vhosts" and click Next.

Try other tools provided in the configurator to fix other problems.

Same here (8.1 win 2003)

It happends when u use the back button of your browser.

I just open an other browser (whem i'm in IE i use Firefox) and that solves the problem.

But still it's bug.

Peter.
