Question anyone have troubles with centos 7.3?

So I've seen various posts about people upgrading too soon, etc. to 7.3 (meaning, they should have stay on versions below or equal to 7.2.

However, I'm running into some problems and hoping that 7.3 might solve my issue?

so wanted to ask:
1) are people happy with centos 7.3?
2) I'm curious how much testing, etc. goes into testing 7.3 (vs 7.2)

i am using CentOS 7.3 the funny part is i did not know how it upgrade to 7.3
