Associate an existing database with a subscription

Plesk12 on IIS8.5/Windows2012r2.

For a migrated site, how can I associate an existing DB with a subscription? The only option I see is to add a new database and this is not a new database?

There isn't an obvious procedure to achieve this ..
Perhaps if you meddle with the psa database directly you can get it done ...(NOT recommended)
