Autoinstaller error

I'm a new admin running:

CentOS 5.8 (Final) on a VPS with Panel version 11.0.9 Update #38

Last night the autoinstaller emailed me a report that the update failed because a package installed was apparently newer than what it wanted to install. I visited the link in the email that took me to the log last night but today I can't find that log again to save my life.

Anyway the error recommended I run the autoinstaller with --reinstall-patch

So today I login and try but get an error:

Doing restart of Parallels Installer...

BUSY: Update operation was locked by another update process.

So how do I unlock the other process and clear this up?

Here's a copy of the log that the Autoinstaller email referred to. What should I do next?

The process eventually completed on its own. And what about the error in the log; how should I proceed?
