Question Aw snap error on website missing root ssl certificate

Hi we are facing an error on our website "Aw snap" error , may a root ssl certificate missing .
We are using Vultr with Plesk admin panel .
OS: Ubuntu 22.04 x64
Application: Plesk (Web Pro) on Ubuntu 22.04 x64
 
From what I can gather it's a false error popup caused by malware on your website. I highly recommend removing the malware from your website. Either manually of with the help of a virus/malware scanner. More information on virus/malware scanner for use with Plesk can be found here.
