AWStats > web & ftp stats not working?

With the /awstats/awstats.pl file we got a 404 error
I checked everything with Perl (IIS6 & plesk) disabled/enabled perl, but still not working

in the log files there's nothing about a error with perl.

what could it be?

IT worked, but now about 5 or 8 days not anymmore, nothing changed!

Allright, all the *.html files of awstats are 0kb (zero!)
also isn't there any index file created!

What can we do?

Please try to recreate index.html files for all the domains with wblcn utility:

http://download1.swsoft.com/Plesk/Autoupdate/Windows/utilities/wblcnv8.1.zip

Just unpack it and run. After that re-calculate statistic manually:

Start > Run > cmd
> cd %plesk_bin%
> statistics.exe

It look perl is corrupted on the server. You need to reinstall it. But please note that AWstats and Spamassassin depend on Perl and will be uninstalled. You will need to install them back.
