Issue Backup All Files are Empty (Zero Bytes)

Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.48
My backup ran for the past few days and I deicded to download it from my backup server and review to see if everything was going fine.

I see all the files for all the domains I host on plesk, the issue is the files content are empty, the size of each file are zero bytes.

The database dumps are empty as well.

But i haven't gotten a fail alert or anything from plesk.

This is major becuyase the files and the database are important to be backuped.

Please help!

It's not allowing me to post support and its not even a month yet.
