Backup Cancelled - website down

Using the web UI, I started a backup and I unchecked the "Suspend domain Warning: the domain will be unavailable during backup". But the site went down anyways. I thought that I had made a mistake so I clicked cancel and tried to go back. But now my site is still down and I cannot access file management, ftp, or anything on my site.

Here is an error message (on the web UI) that I get when I try to run the backup again:

Unable to create the backup file: Error domain_bu execution: Backup process has failed for domain 'my-site.org'
Error in execute ''domainmng' --turn-off "--domain-name=my-site.org"':
Execute mailmng --turn-off-domain "--domain-name=my-site.org" failed: MEAOSM.Domain.GetDomain failed.

here is the error message when I try to view "Web Directories"

Unable to create WebDirsList object: Unable to create EffectivePermissions object: filemng failed: Unable to logon user (SERVER\username): (1331) Logon failure: account currently disabled.

I have only access to the web UI, is there anything I can do to get my site operational again?
