Backup Error with FTP

Hi,

I am getting following Error with Plesk backup while uploading the backup to FTP server.

FTP Protocol Error (226 Transfer complete.226 Quotas off)

any idea what it could be?

I Don’t think there is any issue with FTP Server, i have tried to transfer the same backup file from local backup with Explorer, I think its Linux FTP sever,

does plesk have any issue with this server? i tried to upload the backup from temp file using IE, and it has been uploaded successfully.

It simply seems like the ftp user has finished its allotted disk space.

I may be wrong, but try using 'quota yourftpusername' via shell and see the response.

ProFtpd is the FTP server officially supported by Plesk, as far as I know.

There was issue with FTP server multiline Welcome message. However it was fixed AFAIK. Please check it for your FTP server. What other custom settings have your FTP server?
