Backup Error

Since upgrading to 8.3 every time I try and back up my sites using the FTP backup I now get the following error Error: Unable to create backup session: Specified file is not accessible I was told that it could be because my temp folder for storing backup files may be full. Where is the temp folder located at so that I can delete those files?
Thanks,

Hello,

Login on your server as root and check the /tmp folder.
