Backup Manager DNS Resolution Problem

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:I can't setup a remote location under FTP Storage Settings with a domain which is not hosted locally. It got the error:
I've found no entries in the /var/log/plesk/panel.log and /usr/local/psa/PMM/logs/pmmcli.log.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:Using the local Plesk's FTP server as a remote storage is prohibited. Please specify a remote location.

- Setup a FTP Storage for backups.
- Enter a domain, which not points to the server.
- Click OK so save.
Can't confirm the location. Error

Backup location should work fine.
ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:The backup is generally possible and works with /usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup
