Backup Manager Problem in my Plesk Panel 11.5.30 for Windows

Hello,

My backup manager did not work for a long time. when i want to open Backup manager from my panel, it gives "Error: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xfc' in position 189: ordinal not in range(128)" error at the top of the page. But at the beginning of my server, the backup manager work normally. i did not any update for Backup manager, but i think my panel was update itself automatically.

May be this updates caused that problem. How can i correct this error in Backup manager?
