• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Backup problems

New Pleskian
Hi

I have just created a backup via Plesk.

I can see the backup right there under the "Server Repository" tab. I click the green down arrow to download the backup. I am then taken to a page asking if I want to password protect the backup, which I already did when I created the backup.

Whether I create a password at this point or not, I click "OK", which then takes me back to the previous screen, nothing has happened. I haven't been prompted to save the file.

Stuck after an upgrade, as usual.

Any help would be much appreciated.

What do you have or get with (when you click to download)

Code:
tail -f /usr/local/psa/admin/logs/panel.log
