Backup restore problem with folder rights

Hi,

1) When restoring a backup I have a few problems with the folder and file rights.
After backuping all folders have the GROUP psacln, but before all CMS handled folders had the GROUP www.

2) Another problem I noticed, the restored backup also includes the skeleton files, this files had been deleted before the backup was made, the sceleton files are installfiles. Why this?
