What is the difference between the subscription-backup and those found under 'Tools & Settings'?

For example, how to backup only the Plesk settings (php configurations, psa-database and so on)?

subscription backup is the client backup for a subscription/domain and under Tools and settings is the Plesk Server Backup

Thank you i give it a try under 'Tools & Settings' to only backup configuration and NOT 'databases & data'
