• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Backups based on Plans

Thomas Oryon

Regular Pleskian
Hello Support,

I have 3 service plans as listed below

Plan 1 - 7x daily backup
Plan 2 - 14x daily backup
Plan 3 - 21x daily backup

Question 1: From the Plesk panel, may I know whether it is possible to setup backups based on the plans?
Question 2: I have storefront and I will create the customer based on the plan from storefront which is already integrated. Now, whether it is possible to setup backup based on the service plan while creating the customer using the API? If yes, kindly let us know the exact API that we need to use.

Awaiting you reply.

I don't think so Thomas. The maximum number of allowed backups to store is configured server wide and can be adjust per subscription. Unfortunately it's not something that can be configured on Service Plans.
