Basic information - help please!

Hello!

We are a group of Polish students. Our job in College is carrying out the project "Website Hosting". We Bought a dedicated server from Plesk Panel license "OVH". This is our first large project. We do not have experience in the use of software of this type. We have installed Plesk Panel on the server. We have our own domain. We want to start building our website hosting.We have a basic knowledge of the server, phpMyAdmin, Apache support server and Ubuntu. We searched "the whole internet" in the search for basic information about the management panel installed from scratch. Unfortunately, we have not found anywhere else we need information.We want to know how do we start building own site hosting. Where to install it? How to integrate it with Plesk Panel? How to automate? Do we need to buy a license for "Plesk Panel Automation"? Really we are looking for the most basic information. We took a case from the fact that such information is hardly available because of the "Plesk Panel" use professionals. We do not belong to this group, but we want to learn! We have reviewed all the documentation available on the page "Plesk". However, we did not find the basic info there. Can you help us? We will be very grateful for your help!

We are slowly learning. Step by step. However, we have a problem at the start. We have installed "Parallels Plesk Customer & Business Manager" and on the main panel, we have the information: "Information: Customer and Business Manager was successfully installed but it requires additional configuration. Click here to complete the installation." When we clicked on the link, nothing happens. We go back to the main panel. Home 'https://xxxxxx:8443/plesk-billing/admin/index.php does not work. What do we have to do?

Can't configure billing on plesk 11

I've got the same issue with "https://myserver:8443/plesk-billing/admin/index.php" redirect to "https://myserver:8443".
I can't configure billing.
