bizarre phishing alert when trying to install help desk.

DerrickH

Basic Pleskian
So, apparently plesk 11.5.30 for Linux has built in phishing protection.

Today I tried to click the "install help desk" link in the admin panel and i was sent to my plesk parent domain page with the error "Warning: Possible phishing attempt detected: The link you used attempted to redirect you to another site."

Ive searched high and low and cant find anywhere in the settings area that deals with phishing.

Is there a way to install the help desk add-on from the command line or am i stuck using the panel?

Just install osTicket from Application Catalog as it is described here - ftp://download1.parallels.net/Plesk/Doc/en-US/online/plesk-administrator-guide/66224.htm
