Blank page in Control Panel

Hello,

After upgrading plesk I see blank page in control panel when trying to login. I edited $PRODUCT_ROOT_D/admin/conf/php.ini and set display_errors = On. The following error appear:

Fatal error: File is damaged, please reinstall in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/class.ActionLog.php on line 476

Any ideas how to fix it?
