  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hi

I've running a Plesk 8.0.1 FreeBSD server for several years now for which I bought an unlimited license, and all of a sudden I got this message when logged as admin in the Control Panel:

Warning: You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license (PLSK.00025085.0022). To update your product license use the Retrieve Keys function of License Manager.

When I try "Retrieve Keys" under "License Manager" all I get is a blank screen.

I cannot open a support ticket , as I don't have a support contract active.

Can anyone help ? This is very awkward, as the license we paid for was supposed to never expire.

Thanks in advance,

Carlos
