When run disk permissions
Change permissions of path C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk\Mail Servers\Mail Enable with wrong configuration.
The webmail not work and said web.config read permission not allowed.
The account are not are sets to this path:
I think the file DiskSecurity.xml in 12.5 not have good permission because in 12.0 the path was C:\Parallels\Plesk\ and in 12.5 is C:\Program Files (x86)\Parallels\Plesk
