TwitterBackground info: Plesk version 11.5.30 update #51, with Roundcube installed and selected as webmail application.
I can't access the webmail.domain.xx subdomain. It is redirecting to the main domain.
The DNS appears correct, with entries for webmail.domain.xx correctly added.
My problem seems very similar to this one (which was never solved).
Where to start?
PS I am reluctant to run /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/httpdmng --reconfigure-all in case it borks two critical subdomains that involved much tedious editing of templates to set up.
