Issue Cant Activate addon domain

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.44

Automatically suspended the domain and cant activate it again.

The same account or domain is hosted on this server from the last 8 years.

Error: Some of the selected domains or aliases were not activated.
Unable to activate the domain: Either the domain owner or their subscription is suspended

Where to enter the commands. i tried in powershell and command line with administrator privilege.
