can't add subscription

Plesk 10.4.4
In Customer Manager
- select customer
- click add subscription
- pop-up window appears and nothing else happens (arrows spin)
- in a different browser it shows the error Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 600 seconds exceeded in /opt/plesk-billing/lib/billing-libs/ErrorHandlersManager.php on line 60

Can anyone help me with this?

Try to increase value for max_execution_time in php.ini

unfortunately that didn't work. My guess is it's getting an error - and trying to report it using ErrorHandlersManager.php and it can't go any further. Other suggestions?

this is making plesk unusable. I have to add new clients and it's not working.

found the issue - IPv6 was not setup. thanks for your assistance.

After meddling with your php.ini always reboot Apache.

Service restart apache
