Resolved Cant create a new customer and abo

AlmaLinux 8.10 (Cerulean Leopard)

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.67 Update 3

Hello,

i want to create a new customer on a plesk server and a new abo. But at the end the message appears:
mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:UNIQUE constraint failed: domains.name

The customer and the abo was not created. Whats going wrong?

Hi! Looks like a bug #PPPM-13825 - check this article https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12389292223383
You have to connect to the server via SSH, rename the database and rebuild it:
mv /var/lib/plesk/mail/outgoing/data.db{,_bk}
/usr/lib64/plesk-9.0/remote_mail_restore/mail_outgoing_restore
