Question Can't limit access to Plesk administrative interface from local IP

Hello,

I joined server to OpenVPN network.
Configured ports to access only from 10.10.9.0/24.
FTP and SSH works correctly, but from some reason can't connect to port 8443.

Where I'm wrong?
