  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Issue Can’t resolve Google DNS

ayimaris

New Pleskian
Hi!

I have migrated to Google from my mail server. I have several domains within my mail server and the problem is that when sending via these mail servers, it is still receiving on the old mailbox.

While sending from external domain, it goes into the new migrated mailbox. However, sending it from the domains in my mail server, it seems to be receiving on the old server.

I have checked an it looks like it while on the mail server, it shows as the MX is unresolved while external checks shows me the DNS of google.

Any idea?

You'll need to deactivate the mail service on the subscriptions of the old server, else that server will think that it should deliver mails locally, because it knows its own domains.
