Yet, I cannot send any emails!

.... sorry... but this post won't help either.

To start over again from this point, again investigate the latest mail - logs and roundcube - log please, try as well to also send an eMail to another account... not only to hotmail. You have to make sure, that the issue is not caused on their side.

Try as well to create a second eMail account on your server and repeat the investigations by sending eMails to different providers and again, investigate the mentioned logs.

The same with the mailog file. Everything timed out.

Tried with a second email account. Tried with gmail, yahoo and hotmail.

please provide as well your operating system and make sure, that if you use a firewall, to switch it off temporarly or make sure that this is not the cause. Please see as well your syslog for investigations ( /var/log/ ).

I'm running Centos 6.5 (Final) installed by ISO. There is no syslog in /var/log/. Tried to disable Parallels firewall, which I user, and again I can't send emails, I can only recieve.

Hi Charalampidis_Alexandros,

Plesk and it's components are not always the cause of issues, sometimes the cause are based on the operating system, which is not part of Plesk - Plesk just relies on some of the installed software.

Did you probably install as well SELinux and or AppArmor? What is the output of these commands?

the equivalent log - file for Redhat/CentOS for "syslog" ( Ubuntu/Debian ) is "messages".

please try two suggestions. After each of these suggestions, please POST your maillog and as well the roundcube - log ( if you still try to mail with roundcube ) - but please... not the whole log - files, but only the depending entries from now on. Uncomment only your IP and the domain-names please. As well, try out as well to use a regular eMail - client and not only roundcube, to ensure that not your roundcube installation might be the cause.

• First suggestion:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam​

• Second suggestion:

please try the following commands, which will change your mail - software from postfix to qmail and back to postfix again:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component postfix --install-component qmail --reinstall-patch

Afterwards:

/usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-product-id plesk --select-release-current --remove-component qmail --install-component postfix --reinstall-patch

Please post the output of the commands, if you experience any issues. A comment like "doesn't work" is unfortunately not enough.

to resolve the issue with the date/time - settings, make sure to adjust your settings ( especially at: "/etc/psa-webmail/roundcube/php.ini", but as well in your other php.ini's <= use "locate php.ini" to locate them, please ).

After hours, after UFHH01 who worked hard to help me, after I built many vps with the same problem, I finally sent email to my datacenter. And they told me that by default all istances, have SMTP block. Now they removed the SMTP block for me and I'm able to send emails.

UFHH01 and I would like to thank you, and also to ask you sorry, as It seems I had to contact my datacenter first, which I didnt. Sorry
