Can't send mail

Hi,

In a Plesk VPS, mails are not going out.

# /etc/init.d/qmail start
Starting qmail: [ OK ]
# /etc/init.d/qmail status
qmail is stopped
# ps aux|grep qmail

I tried to restart qmail, but is not working.

I can't telnet to port 25 of localhost

How do i fix the problem.

There is no error in log file

/usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
