  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi cyberhostpro,

pls. check with "ping":

C:\Windows\system32>ping autoinstall-win.plesk.com

Pls. check possible network misconfigurations on your server and correct them, if you experience issues, when you use the Plesk autoinstaller. Pls. ask your server provider for help, or consider to contact the Plesk Support at => https://www.plesk.com/contact-us/support/#content-body , if you can't solve the issue on your own.

As a TEMPORARY SOLUTION, you can edit the file "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" and add the IP, which resolves to "autoinstall-win.plesk.com" from your server. Be aware, that Plesk uses CDNs, so this IP changes and depends on the location, you are requesting the IP from. ;)
