Centos or Debian

we are installing for the first time Plesk, what do u suggest to use for it Centos or Debian?

CentOS, you're life will be easier with rpm.

I'd say CentOS. I think most people run Plesk on RPM based distributions, so doing so yourself might come in handy when trying to get support etcetera.
