  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Change domain/Workspace expiration date

José_Seixas

New Pleskian
Hi,

The message associated to the domain is:

"Warning: The webspace was suspended. All sites hosted with the webspace are not available."

I know that on the past versions the expiration date is changed in the subscrition details.

This is Plesk 12.08 Webadmin Edition and theres no possibility to change by the "interface management" on service provider view.

How is it possible to change workspace expiration dates?

Thanks in advance.

José Seixas

Yes, "Web Admin" license is designed for personal use, thus service provider view is not available there.
Did you change license or moved account from another server?
Generally higher level license is advised if service provider view is required.

I´ve made an upgrade from 11.5 to Plesk 12. It must be a way to change the expiredate of the domain.
Maybe directly on psa DB.

Any help please?
Thanks.

Thank you IgorG for your feedback.
I´ve tried "./subscription_settings -u example.com -expiration -1" (unlimited) with no results.
I think this is associated to the wrokspace and to the domain.
