Question Change mail domain to mail.domain.com

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.52
Hi,

We have recently moved from Centos 7.9 Plesk 18.0.52 to Ubuntu 22 plesk 18.0.52 due to hard disk failure. With Centos 7.9 plesk custom email domain was mai.domain.com and we use to have seperate SSL for each mail domain. Now we could see while securing mail domain section "Assign the certificate to the mail domain", it is domain.com alone.

This is a shared webhosting server and all other clients use mail.domain.com as secured IMAP domain with old server. We wanted to keep this with new Ubuntu 22 plesk server as well. Is this a change with recent plesk release?

Hi,

I forgot to add the main motive of posting this, all domains in the server uses cloudflare dns / DNS proxy. Hence we cannot use domain.com as email domain. Due to DNS proxy mail clients are unable to validate domain.com SSL to server.
