Change Subscription Plan receive INTERNAL ERROR

Hi, I trying to change subscription plan for subscribers and always got:

Changing Plan and Add-ons Associated with the Subscription xxxx.com
Internal error.

Can you please guide me about this error and were is logged?

OS= Debian 6.0.5
Panel version= 11.0.9 Update #13
