Check Boxes on forms

Is there the ability to have check boxes or tick boxes on forms in sitebuilder 4.0? How can we add such things?

If you mean feedback forms - there are no checkboxes there....Could you please specify which checkboxes do you need and why? Probably it can be considered as feature request for future versions.

What we are after is basicaly the ability to have checkboxes;
<input type="checkbox" name="checkbox" value="checkbox" />
and radio buttons
<input name="radiobutton" type="radio" value="radiobutton" />
as well as lists.

Do you want this in feedback form or on simple page? On simple page it is possible to use Script module for adding your own scripts. As for feedback there is no such functionality yet. Do you wish to use feedback form as survey or something?

We just want visitors to be able to check something like the services they are interested in. eg;
x shoes
x hats
x ties
